Introducing the Elite Deal Desk for KW Default Solutions Members
We are excited to introduce a new benefit for agents in the KW Default Solutions Community: the Elite Deal Desk.
The Elite Deal Desk is a dedicated support channel where experienced coaches and agents help you navigate complex distressed transactions in real time, so you are not left guessing on high‑stakes decisions.
What is the Elite Deal Desk?
The Elite Deal Desk is a private Slack channel available to members of our Elite tier. Inside the channel, agents can share real deals they are working on and get practical, situation‑specific guidance.
Typical topics include:
- Structuring and negotiating REO offers
- Preparing for and bidding in online and in‑person auctions
- Short sale scenarios and loss mitigation paths
- BPO questions, valuation narratives, and pricing decisions
- Communicating with asset managers and servicers
- Handling occupancy, eviction, and corporate‑owned property issues
How it works
When an Elite member has a live deal that needs support, they can post a concise summary in the Elite Deal Desk channel. A simple structure keeps things moving quickly:
- Deal type
- 2–3 sentences of context
- One main question or decision point
- Relevant links or documents
- Any important deadlines
From there, a coach or experienced agent responds with clear next steps, language suggestions, and, when needed, an invitation to hop on a quick huddle to work through the details together.
Why we created it
Distressed and complex transactions often move fast and involve multiple decision‑makers. Small missteps can cost time, money, and relationships.
The Elite Deal Desk exists to:
- Give agents a safe place to ask detailed questions
- Reduce uncertainty on complex files
- Shorten the time between “I am stuck” and “I know what to do next”
- Turn real‑world scenarios into repeatable checklists, scripts, and playbooks
Who can access the Elite Deal Desk?
The Elite Deal Desk is available to Elite members of the KW Default Solutions Community. It is designed for agents who are actively working REO, auction, short sale, investor, and other default‑related business and want direct access to experienced support.
